Homes with the X-Factor!

With possibly the biggest Saturday of the year approaching we really wanted to get some progress done last week on these wonderful family homes.

Nope, we weren’t talking about about the final of a certain singing competition, it was Damson’s Christmas Party! And predicting a sore head or two we made sure we go ahead of schedule (when we’re able to!).

It has now become apparent that the ‘X-Factorness’ of these homes makes the likes of Matt, Cher, Rebecca and One Direction sound like strangled cats with tonsillitis!

The stunning floors are in, the breathtaking kitchens are almost done and the hardwood is definitely adding to the the luxury of these homes.

We bet Simon Cowell would be quite comfy in these, and you can be too – because there’s still chance to own one!
